What is it?

A "Live Support" or "Live Chat" system built on top of PHP, jQuery, and Cassandra

Any developer or company looking to implement a live support system but can't afford or don't like the features of the commercially available offerings.

What are some features?

PepTalk is a pretty complete live support solution with many useful features built in. Operator authentication, full transcripts, default welcome messages and more are just a few of the features available.
